I love Las Vegas

I went back to visit this place during my recent journey in December. I also visited a my good friend in Los Angeles, then spent a few days wandering around Santa Barbara, an area along the California coast through Big Sur, stopping in beautiful Monterey and resting for a few days in San Francisco. It was a great journey, and I enjoyed each destination, but when the trip ended, the most prominent purpose is Las Vegas.

Anyone think if you come to Las Vegas, you will definitely visit the casinos, but that is absolutely not true. I actually hardly gambled in the days I stopped in Vegas, I only lost about $ 100 worth of entertainment fun game and never intended to play more.

 

What is most fascinating to me in this time is to experience things that I learned from previous visits. Sometimes we should go to locations which is not suitable for normal style of your tourism.

 

People might be surprised, but as I mentioned in a recent article, you can actually discover that you’re doing completely different things, experience things never stay in your mind … in places you do not intend to. Through the media, many people believe that only highlight places are too worth to visit, while others are not. People can not understand a place,  or really know their interest  if they only visit the tourist destination.

As Las Vegas, most people believe that a visit to this city must have come around the casinos, it is not entirely accurate. Las Vegas also has much more attractive places such as the old Fremont Street, prominent at the night with bright impressive signs, Game Pinball Museum and you the could try superfast marriage in “A Little White Wedding Chapel “… This city has much more to discover  than what people think.

 

We can say Las Vegas is a place you can do incredible things. This is just a game, people are not concerned about destroying their image in front of someone. In addition to watching the light show, music show beside fountain, taking pictures with polar bears made ​​of roses … I was comfortable playing with the pretend game as ferryman Gondola , sing and pick through the small canal simulating beautiful city of Venice, play adventure games hanging from the 18th floor of the hotel (which was my memorable challenge) or pretend superhero in a corner … Somewhere else can you do crazy things like that now? Las Vegas is actually a fascinating place like that.

 

Maybe Las Vegas is a special place for me, normally I am very excited to anywhere. I always want to meet and tell local people, find new activities to try, discover  new foods to eat. When I was in Las Vegas, my father drove from Utah to see me, even though he did not have much time. Although he was not a local person, but he showed me where to go and I can not find myself. As a small Vietnamese noodle shop, a shop serving banana bread is prepared right at the table, a quiet location on a hill with views of surrounding a few small casinos. I can say with relative certainty that 99%, or even 100% of visitors to Las Vegas will not know this.

 

And people in Las Vegas are very friendly to tourists, they can happily chat with you, shak hands or simply nodded, smile and salute you. For me, they are all interesting people, all of their stories all their own reasons to come to this city, and I love energy generated by the  diversified combination of visitors and residents. Please enjoy yourself and experience what you receive, you will not feel like a strange tourist. Thank to Las Vegas I knew that any destination has their different values.
